This website presents the work and services of Shamus O’Halligan / O’Halligan Photography, based in Pennsylvania. You can explore photography, contact Shamus, arrange a planning call and browse galleries and printed products through Pic-Time.

Photographs & site content

O’Halligan Photography retains copyright in its photographs. Viewing a photograph on this website or in a gallery does not grant permission to download, reproduce, sell, license or use it commercially.

Delivered photographs from personal-use sessions may be enjoyed personally, shared on personal social media and printed for personal use. Resale, paid advertising, publication submission or other commercial use requires written permission. Business / Branding work uses the commercial usage terms agreed for the project. Raw or unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

Planning calls & photography bookings

Each photography category begins with a 30-minute phone planning call. A Calendly confirmation reserves that call only; it does not reserve photography coverage. No payment is collected for the call.

After the call, a payment link is emailed for the applicable deposit. Deposit payment reserves the photography date. The contract is sent in advance and may be signed as late as the shoot date. The remaining balance is due on the shoot date. For Business / Branding, the remaining 80% is due then unless the specific written project agreement says otherwise.

Portrait / Couples is $175 for 1 hour with a $50 deposit and $125 remaining balance. Event Coverage is $300 for the first 2 hours with a $100 deposit, plus $100 per additional hour. Established additional charges may apply. Business / Branding is custom quote only, with a 20% deposit of the approved quote.

The booking and session policies explain deposits, delivery, additional event hours, travel, cancellation/rescheduling, weather, image use and privacy preferences. Your booking confirmation, invoice, proposal and photography agreement record the details specific to your session or project. Changes to dates, locations, deliverables, usage rights or pricing should be confirmed in writing.

Accurate details & preparation

Please provide accurate contact and booking information and tell Shamus about timing changes, access restrictions, photography limitations and relevant privacy preferences. Clients are responsible for necessary location permissions and access costs. For sessions involving minors, a parent/legal guardian must authorize participation.

Outdoor plans may need to change for weather, trail conditions or safety. The full rescheduling and emergency policy explains what happens if a session cannot go ahead.

Galleries & printed products

Galleries and print ordering are provided through Pic-Time. Available downloads, printed products and access options depend on the gallery and the applicable package or price list.

Before placing an order, review the selected photograph, crop, product, size, price, shipping information and terms presented at checkout. Print fulfillment may involve a professional third-party lab. For questions about an order or a product issue, contact shamus@ohalliganphotography.com with your order details.

Delivered client galleries and final client files are available for 90 days after delivery. Please download and back up your files during that period.

External services & privacy

Calendly, Pic-Time, Patreon, Instagram and other linked services operate their own platforms and publish their own terms and privacy notices. Use the information and choices provided by those services when interacting with them.
