Custom Quote
20% deposit after quote approval reserves your date. The remaining 80% is due on the shoot date unless your written project agreement says otherwise.Purposeful imagery for the people, products and places behind your business. Branding, automotive, product, team/headshot and website or social media photography.
Begin with a 30-minute phone planning call. Your quote reflects the project’s scope, deliverables, travel, intended image use and commercial licensing needs. After approval, a payment link is emailed for your deposit. Delivery timing is agreed for your project.

What to expect before, during, and after your session.

Start with a 30-minute phone planning call to discuss your ideas, location and photography plans. Booking the call does not reserve a photography date, and no payment is collected for the call.
Afterward, you’ll receive a payment link by email. Deposit payment reserves your photography date: Portrait / Couples $50 · Event Coverage $100 · Business / Branding 20% of the approved quote.
Portrait / Couples is $175 for 1 hour, with $125 remaining after the deposit. Event Coverage is $300 for the first 2 hours, plus $100 per additional hour. Business / Branding is custom quote only. Deposits count toward the total fee. The remaining balance is due on the shoot date; for Business / Branding, the remaining 80% is due then unless the written project agreement says otherwise.

A preferred date, location, your goals and any reference images are a helpful start. For portraits, think about participants and the feeling you want to capture. Event Coverage is $300 for the first 2 hours, with additional time at $100 per hour; bring a rough timeline. Business / Branding pricing is based on your project, with commercial usage and licensing scope discussed before the final quote.
Please mention permits, access needs and privacy preferences. Travel over 50 miles one way adds a $100 travel fee. Clients cover permits, reservations, parking, admission and similar costs for their chosen location.

Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. For client cancellations and no-shows, the deposit is nonrefundable once booking is confirmed. With photographer approval, it may transfer to one rescheduled date. Late arrival may reduce session time without automatically reducing the fee.
Outdoor bad-weather rescheduling has no additional rescheduling fee. Unsafe weather, trail conditions or location hazards may require a change of plans.
If illness, emergency, trail closure, equipment failure or a comparable issue prevents the photographer from completing the session, we’ll first offer to reschedule. If a reasonable reschedule cannot be arranged, you’ll receive a full refund of money paid for that booking.

Edited photographs are delivered through an online gallery or another agreed method. Portrait / Couples: 7–10 days. Event Coverage: 10–15 days. Business / Branding delivery expectations are agreed for the project, with no fixed delivery deadline promised.
Sneak peeks are often provided when practical, but are not guaranteed. Delivered galleries and final client files are retained for 90 days after delivery, so please download and safely back up your photographs during that period.
Minor retouching may be included at the photographer’s discretion. Advanced retouching, object removal, compositing or extensive re-edits may require an additional charge.

Yes. O’Halligan Photography may use client images in the portfolio, website, social media and marketing unless you opt out in writing. You can note this in your planning-call form or email; private or sensitive images can be excluded from all public use.
Personal-use sessions include personal enjoyment, social media sharing and personal printing. Resale, paid advertising, publication submission or commercial use requires written permission. Business / Branding uses separate commercial terms agreed for your project before the quote is finalized.
